Scottish Antique Pattern Kilt Jacket Buttons

This pattern was first made in the 1830’s and features a targe, dirk, basket hilt sword and Lochaber axe. Our silversmith has replicated the original button and now makes them for clients in sterling silver. It has been mentioned that this pattern of button may have been used when the Lonach Highlanders first formed as the Lonach Highland & Friendly Society although we cannot confirm.
